Profile: Betinna Malling
Born in 1967, grew up in an artistic environment from which I have had the interest to paint.
My pictures give a sense of harmony, joy and peace. My color selection is often golden colors, added a little gold, silver or bronze. I usually use people as subjects in my pictures and weigh the harmonious intimate interaction between people and nature very much.
My conviction is that every human being has his very own story to tell and express each other emotions and moods. Sometimes with each other and sometimes individually, depending on where in the landscape of the mind they are. I express this in my paintings by painting beautiful scenery scenery, where the motif is often mountains, beach and water.
I consider myself an impressionist painter and my images are a mixture of figurative and abstract art.
