Q: Can I regret and get my money back?
A: Yes, of course. After receiving your order, feel free to put the painting on your wall. If you are not satisfied, just return the painting within 14 days, and you get your full payment back on your account, no questions asked.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Our artists normally ship with UPS/GLS/DHL Express, meaning you will typically receive your paintings within a weeks time or so, depending on your country. Within Denmark, we are usually talking just a few days.
Q: What are the delivery costs?
A: Shipping in Europe is FREE.
Q: How do I pay?
A: You can pay whichever way you want. Most choose to pay by creditcard ( we accept Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Elektron, Mastercard, Mastercard Direct and Maestro ) You can also pay through Paypal or make a moneytransfer by bank.
Q: Can I order outside Europe, and get art shipped to US for example?
A: If you wish to make an order with shipping outside Europe, contact us.
Q: How long time is a giftcard valid?
A: 3 years.
Q: Do you have a physical gallery I can visit?
A: No, we are an online gallery only. Having so many artists, with so many paintings, it is not possible to exhibit everything, other than online. It is however possible to see the paintings in the real world if you wish. In these cases, we'll have the artist contact you, so you can visit the artist's gallery, if it makes sense geographically.
Q: It is hard for me to imagine what a certain painting would look like in my home. Can you help?
A: Yes. Send us a photo of your wall, and we'll gladly and quickly photoshop the painting on your wall, so it's easier for you to visualize.
